CALL TO ORDER <br /> The meeting was called to order at 9:01 a.m. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 25, 2019 <br /> Motion, second, and vote: Commissioner Pequeño moved to approve the minutes as <br />drafted, Commissioner Gaffney seconded the motion, and all commissioners voted aye. <br /> <br />3. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC ON AGENDA ITEMS <br /> Chair Bennett asked Jerome Warren, who had signed up to testify, if he wanted to wait <br />until after the Commission had discussed the items he had signed up to testify on. Mr. Warren <br />said no. Chair Bennett told him to go ahead. <br /> <br /> <br />
