SOLID WASTE SERVICE CLOSURES TODAY, DECEMBER 4, 2019:
• Hilo Scrap Metal and White Goods
• Pāhoa Scrap Metal and White Goods
• Keaʻau Greenwaste, Scrap Metal, and White Goods
The Hilo Scrap Metal and White Goods services at the Hilo Transfer Station are
closed today. Services should reopen as regularly scheduled tomorrow, December 5,
2019, from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Pāhoa Scrap Metal and White Goods services at the Pāhoa Transfer Station are
closed today. Services should reopen as regularly scheduled tomorrow, December 5,
2019, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The Keaʻau Greenwaste, Scrap Metal and White Goods services are also closed
today. Greenwaste services should reopen as regularly scheduled tomorrow,
December 5, 2019, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Scrap Metal and White Goods
services should reopen as regularly scheduled tomorrow, December 5, 2019, from 6:00
a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
