APPROVAL OF MINUTES (October 16, 2019) <br />Andrew motioned to approve the October 16, 2019 meeting minutes with edits to <br />change items 3 and 4 from `motioned' to `motion'. Brooke seconded. Motion carried. <br />V. TREASURER'S REPORT <br />A. October financials <br />October mileage has been added to the month's financials. Cost for the bro- <br />chures is not yet reflected in the statement. Mele moved to approve treasurer's <br />report. Brooke seconded.
