ORDINANCE NO. U~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14, ARTICLE 10, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY
CODE, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO EXCEPTIONAL TREES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 14, Article 10, of the Hawaii County Code, 1993 is amended by
adding two trees to the existing list of thirty exceptional trees, as follows:
SECTION 14-65. Designated Exceptional Trees.
The following trees are designated as "Exceptional Trees of the County of Hawaii:

31. Terminalia chebula 2-3-01:2 Kamehameha Avenue County of Hawaii
32. Grove of Mangoes 1-4-3, 4, 5, & 28 Government Beach Road County of Hawaii
SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In
printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 3. In the event that any portion of this ordinance is declared invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect the other parts of this ordinance.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
