AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14, ARTICLE 10, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY
CODE, AS AMENDED. RELATING TO EXCEPTIONAL. TREES.
BE [T ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAWAII:
SEC'f[ON 1. Chapter 14, Article l0, of the Hawaii County Code, 1993 is amended by
adding two trees to the existing list ofthirty-two exceptional trees, as follows:
SECTION 14-65. Designated Exceptional 'frees.
The following trees are designated as "Exceptional 'frees" of the County of Hawaii:

SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In
printing this ordinance, the bracketti, bracketed material and underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 3. In the event that any portion of this ordinance is declared invalid, such
invalidity shall not affect the other parts of this ordinance.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
