At our last meeting, we brought together a panel of educa- <br /> tors of nurses' aides, case manager and home service agency staff, and the Hawaii County <br /> Office of Aging (HCOA) staff. Workforce issues cannot be dealt with through the Area <br /> Plan. So how do we find other ways to address the problem? How can we make progress as <br /> the need is only going to grow? <br /> 9.
