Kealakehe Transfer Station Green Waste Service
Closed Today, December 16, 2019, at 11:00 a.m.
Due to equipment issues, the Kealakehe Transfer Station Green Waste Service closed
at 11:00 a.m. today. It is scheduled to reopen tomorrow, December 17, 2019, from 8:00
a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The public can take their green waste to the West Hawaiʻi Organics Facility (aka
Puʻuanahulu landfill), which is open six days a week (closed on Sundays), from 7:00
a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
