Majority of the initial renovation/repair work completed will be completed during the week of September 15, 2019 and the space is being prepared for occupancy. • Status of sub -contracts for the program, including a listing of vendors and services to be sub -contracted. There are currently no sub -contracts for the program. Description of challenges or setbacks, including any operational delays and a brief explanation of how these challenges or setbacks have been resolved or are being addressed. Prior to being fully operational, the structure that will serve as the site for the program required several repairs including painting, restoration, repurposing and new flooring in some areas. Additionally, electric and water utility services needed to be transferred from the previous occupants. Equipment supplies and staff scheduling for the repair work resulted in delays which were mitigated by working with management to establish priority needs.
