SOLID WASTE SERVICE CLOSURES TODAY, JANUARY 3, 2020:
• Pāhoa Scrap Metal and White Goods
• Hilo Scrap Metal and White Goods
• Keaʻau Scrap Metal, White Goods, and Greenwaste
• Kealakehe Greenwaste
• Ke‘ei Green Waste
Pāhoa Scrap Metal and White Goods. Due to staff shortages, the Pāhoa Transfer Station
Scrap Metal and White Goods services are closed today. Services are scheduled to reopen
on Saturday, January 4, 2020, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Hilo Scrap Metal and White Goods. Due to staff shortages, the Hilo Transfer Station
Scrap Metal and White Goods services are closed today. Services are scheduled to reopen
on Saturday, January 4, 2020, from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Keaʻau Scrap Metal, White Goods, and Greenwaste. Due to staff shortages, the Keaʻau
Scrap Metal, White Goods, and Greenwaste services are closed today. Services are
scheduled to reopen on Saturday, January 4, 2020, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Kealakehe Greenwaste. Due to staff shortages, the Greenwaste service at the Kealakehe
Transfer Station is closed today. The service is scheduled to reopen on Saturday, January
4, 2020, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Ke‘ei Greenwaste. Due to staff shortages, the Greenwaste service at the Ke‘ei Transfer
Station is closed today. The service is scheduled to reopen on Sunday, January 5, 2020,
from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
