What I would like to do is call the meeting of the <br /> Department of Liquor Control to order and what I would like to do first of all is to ask all of you to <br /> please silence your cell phones because we are recording this meeting. Please remember a <br /> couple of things. First of all, speak one at a time so that the recording remains clear. Secondly, <br /> microphones in the room do not amplify your voice but only record what is being said.
