for the following Federal U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
programs administered by the Office of Housing and Community including, but not
limited to, Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships
Program and National Housing Trust Fund Grants.
He is authorized to sign all Environmental Reviews, Requests for Release of
Funds and Certifications and takes legal responsibility on my behalf. This includes
other environmental related documents.
