I would like to re-designate Riley Saito and Michelle Agbigay as the new
Greenhouse Gas Sequestration Task Force, previously the Carbon Farming Task
Force, representatives for the County of Hawaii. Riley and Michelle will replace Diane
Ley and Ron Whitmore, whom were the previous designees.
