CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> The meeting was called to order at 9:06 a.m. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF OCTOBER 23, 2019 <br /> <br /> Motion, second, and vote: Vice Chair Olson moved to approve the minutes, <br />Commissioner Pequeño seconded the motion, and all commissioners voted aye to approve the <br />minutes as drafted. <br /> <br />3. PUBLIC STATEMENTS ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br /> Chair Bennett noted that two people had signed up to testify: Kristine Kubat and Jerome <br />Warren. He asked them whether they wanted to testify now or wait until the commissioners <br /> <br />
