San Buenaventura, Vice Chair <br /> Committee on Judiciary <br /> Dear Chair Lee, Vice Chair San Buenaventura, and Committee Members: <br /> RE: HB 1729, HD1 Relating to Registration of Vehicles <br /> HB 1729, HD1 would be a grant of permission to the counties, allowing them (in <br /> their discretion) to require payment of outstanding charges related to abandoned and <br /> derelict vehicles.
