CALL TO ORDER 2. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE FOLLOWING MEETINGS: a. June 12, 2019 b. January 21, 2020 c. January 23, 2020 3. STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC 4. NEW BUSINESS a. Review and summarize recommendations from the Hawai‘i Department of Health. b. Review and summarize recommendations from the Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan (“ISWMP) public hearings and submitted written testimony. c. Discuss and recommend changes to the ISWMP. d. Approve the ISWMP with proposed changes. e. Review the state approval process and next steps. f. Review the Solid Waste Advisory Committee schedule. 5.
