Merit Appeals Board February 26, 2020 7) Unfinished Business (for discussion and appropriate action) A) FY 2019-2020 Annual Performance Evaluation of the Director of Human Resources (HR): o Merit Appeals Board’s Evaluation Tool for the Director of HR for FY 2019-2020 o SurveyMonkey questions for FY 2019-2020 (Note: At the Merit Appeals Board meeting held on December 18, 2019, the above evaluation tool and SurveyMonkey questions for FY 2019-2020 were postponed.) B) Review of Executive Session Minutes o December 18, 2019 Executive Session The Merit Appeals Board anticipates convening one or more executive meetings regarding the above matters, pursuant to HRS Sections 92-4, 92-5(a)(2) and 92-5(a)(4), for the purpose evaluating an officer or employee of the County of Hawai'i, where the consideration of matters affecting privacy will be involved and consulting with the Board’s attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Board’s powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities.
