This is a High Wind informational update for Friday evening, February 28.
The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory for Hawaii Island through
Monday morning. The Wind Advisory includes the area around the Mauna Kea Access
Road in the Saddle.
A Wind Advisory means sustained winds of at least 30 MPH or gusts of at least 50 MPH
are expected.
Due to the potential impacts of High Wind, please take the time to safely tie down
loose objects or move them indoors.
You will be informed of any change in conditions that may affect you safety.
