RE: SB 2038, Proposed HD1 Relating to Board Members
I previously testified in support of SB 2038. I now understand that you wish to
use this vehicle to deal with meetings held during a State of Emergency, and want to
express my appreciation that you have chosen to add new provisions to the bill rather
than gut and replace.
Your additions are more than reasonable, and I ask only that the original intent of
SB 2038 not be lost.
