Pursuant to Governor Ige's supplementary emergency proclamation
dated March 16, 2020, in order to minimize physical contact and
maximize social distancing, this meeting will not be open to the public.
Submitting Written Testimony: The Hawaii County Housing Agency (HCHA) encourages the
public to submit thoughts, comments, and input via written testimony. To ensure timely delivery to
HCHA Members prior to the meeting, written testimony must be submitted before 12:00 noon on the
business day prior to the meeting by: (1) email to ohcdadmin@hawaiicounty.gov, (2) facsimile to
(808) 961-8685; or (3) mail to the Hawaii County Housing Agency's Office in Hilo at 1990
Kino`ole Street, Suite 102, Hilo, Hawaii, 96720. All written testimony, regardless of time of
receipt, will be part of the permanent record. Please submit separate testimony for each item.

A. Approval of the Public Housing Agency (PHA) Plan for the Housing Choice
Voucher (Section 8) Program for the County of Hawai`i.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The HCHA will be conducting this meeting via video conference. HCHA Members will be
present at the following locations:
• HCHA Members Chung, Kaneali'i-Kleinfelder, Kierkiewicz, Lee Loy and Poindexter
will be participating from the HILO Council Chambers, Hawai`i County Building, 25
Aupuni Street, First Floor, Room 1401, Hilo, Hawai`i 96720;
• HCHA Chair Eoff and HCHA Members David and Villegas will be participating from
the KONA Council Chambers, Building A, West Hawai`i Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane
Keohokalole Highway, Kailua-Kona 96750; and
• HCHA Member Richards will be participating from the Waimea Council Office, Parker
Square, 65-1279 Kawaihae Road, Waimea, Hawai`i 96743.
