Pursuant to Section 92-7, Hawaii Revised Statutes, notice is
hereby given that a regular meeting of the Standardization Committee of the
County of Hawaii will be held on Friday, May 8, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., via video
conference.

Pursuant to Governor Ige's supplementary emergency proclamation dated March 16, 2020, in
order to minimize physical contact and maximize social distancing, the meeting of the
Standardization Committee will be held by video conference and will be closed to the public.
Anyone wishing to provide testimony on an agenda item may do so by 12 noon on May 7, 2020,
mail to the Finance Department, Attention: Deanna Sako, Committee Chair in Hilo, 25 Aupuni
Street, Hilo, HI 96720 or email to crystallene.pacheeo(ahawaiicounty.gov.
