This is to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to maintain social distancing. <br />DATE: Thursday, June 4, 2020 <br />TIME: 9:00 a.m. <br />PLACE: Live Stream Meeting- The public will be able to view and listen to the <br />meeting. Access to the online meeting will be provided at <br />www.hiplanningdept.com at the time of the hearing. <br />STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC —Public participation will be limited to only written <br />testimony via email at planning@hawaiicounty.gov or submitted at the Hilo or Kona <br />Planning Departments up to two days prior to the hearing (See Submitting Testimony <br />below). <br />Board packets will be available for review at www.hiplanningdept.com no later than <br />May 22, 2020.
