Looking back to 1820 President Monroe appointed John C.Jones as an agent for the U.S. He was in charge of the Missionary Families and the U.S. Navy that was sent to this Kingdom, No Treaty.The 1875 Reciprocity Treaty between this Kingdom and the U.S. is unconstitutional. King Kalakaua and the U.S. President did not do an Article 2 Sec. 2 Treaty. Instead it was done by three U.S. Citizens Hamilton Fish, Elisha H.Allen and Henry A. P. Carter done in Washington D.C...This none treaty is based on the application of the Jefferson-Monroe-Dane plan/The Northwest Ordinance of July 1787,to this Kingdom, under the Articles of Confederation.This is limited to the Ohio River Valley. Under this Fake Treaty the U.S. Citizens in this Kingdom made their demands, right to Homesteads in 1884, Right to hold office and force King Kalakaua to the 1887 Constitution to now include the right to vote as U.S.Citizens this holds true even in today's elections and amendment to the fake 1875 Reciprocity Treaty for a U.S. Naval Base in this Kingdom.These rights are found in The Northwest Ordinance of July 1787. On 1-13-1893 the Lottery Bill was signed into Law, This would eliminate the tax that the U.S. Citizens used to get their right to vote in this Kingdom as foreigners.The U.S. Citizens and U.S. Minister Stevens by the 1-17-1893 proclamation under the fake 1875 Reciprocity Treaty and its amendment in 1887 took criminal action against Queen Liliuokalani and removed her at Gun Point. She filed a protest against U.S. Minister Stevens criminal acts that has yet to make its way to the U.S.Supreme Court Article 3 Sec.2 Clause 2 U.S. Constitution. In her protest she complained of U.S. Minister Stevens involvement in setting up a Provisional Government for the annexation of this Kingdom to the U.S. This was not to happen. No authority in the U.S.Constitution, Downs v. Bidwell. Existing Kingdom Treaties with other countries that's to end in 1897, 2. 2 million acres of Crown and Government Land lease contract was bumped up from 3 to 5 years to 25 years under King Kalakaua before his death,to ends in 1915 and beyond. In 1894 the U.S. Citizens created the Banana Republic of Hawaii Constitution.Act 94 dealt with the balance of the Crown and Government Lands 1.8 million acres and called these lands Public Lands under the Northwest Ordinance of July 1787 these lands was to be Ceded to the U.S. by the Joint Resolution of Annexation of July 7, 1898, 30 Stat.750 (1898) and incorporated under Article 4 Sec. 3 Clause 2 U.S. Constitution,this reduced Congress power to make rules and regulation over the Territorial limits to the Northwest Ordinance No Amendment,Sai v.Clinton,Sai v.Trump. 1900 these lands became the Territory of Hawaii,April 30, 1900, c 339,31 Stat. 141( 2Supp. R.S. 1141) in 1920 became the Indian removal/Hawaiian Homes Commission Act..This is where the Territory of Hawaii usurp power and did their adverse possession/lease to own on the 2.2 million acres of Crown and Government Lands. In the 1950 Constitutional Convention appointed Governor Stainback under the Northwest Ordinance of July 1787 first massage he stated that the creation of the State of Hawaii is based on The Northwest Ordinance of July 1787 under the Article of Confederation not the U.S. Constitution.The 1959 Admission Act Sec.4 Compact deals with the 1.8 million Acres of Crown and Government Lands that became the limits of the territorial boundaries of the Hawaiian Homes/State of Hawaii,State v.Jim.The County Charter makes the false claims that the entire Island of Hawaii to be the County of Hawaii, because of this History this Kingdom raises Constitutional issues,State v.Jim.The State of Hawaii Land Use Commission and the County Planning Commission/Planning Dept. usurps power over these 2.2 million acres of Crown and Government Lands that were leased out for agricultural use still belong to and under the Jurisdiction of the Hawaiian Kingdom,these lands have native tenant rights and political rights and to include the other ceded 1.8 million acers also. The State of Hawaii and the County of Hawaii are fake under the Northwest Ordinance of July 1787, has No Jurisdiction to do the planed development of these lands listed on this agenda.The Hawaiian Kingdom objects to these illegal acts and reserves all rights.
