05-28-20---agenda 06-04-20 Windward Planning Commission unfinished business 5. New cingular wireless
use 19-000082 HPPOA. STATEMENT OF CONCERN. Albert Schiszler 15-1883 17th Paradise
Park Testimony in opposition. Cell tower zoning not appropriate as HPPOA currently involved with several
internal lawsuits and court involvement with criminal mismanagement ultimately leading to preliminary
injunction of all business matters including rezoning. Councilwoman Kierkiewicz is aware of this troubling
situation and feels investigation is warranted. Furthermore an archaeological field study was conducted on the
20 acre parcel by Susan Escott Ba Ms University of Hawaii at Hilo documented findings of rock walls
heiau, burial sites covered with low lineal rock piles along the southwest boundary. This contradicts AT&T
findings and is quite troubling as report of findings(UH/Susan Escott)was forwarded to the HPPOA main
office. In light of all this Easton Connecticut has become the first city in the U.S. to completely stop/ban cell
tower rollout. Please no more litigation courts are overwhelmed. Paradise Park is a private quiet community and
deserves that our voices be heard and our lifestyles be left alone. Until HPPOA internal problems are corrected
any further action/zoning should be denied/postponed. Thank you for attention and patience and am grateful for
this statement opportunity. Live streaming is inappropriate for a matter of this magnitude but am truly grateful
nontheless.
