Ige, the Office of the County <br />Clerk will reopen to the public on June 1, 2020, <br />Until further notice, all operations will be conducted using health, safety, and wellness practices <br />as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. <br />Those seeking services will be required to wear a protective face covering, physically distance <br />themselves from others, and practice good hygiene. Signage indicating the required health, <br />safety, and wellness practices will be posted on each office's door. <br />The County Council will continue to accept "in-person" testimony for its committee meetings, <br />regular meetings, special meetings, and public hearings at conference rooms in Hilo and Kona <br />using video conferencing. Those wishing to testify will be required to practice the same health, <br />safety, and wellness protocols described above. <br />For more information, please call 961-8255. <br />We thank you for your patience, cooperation, and understanding over the last few months.
