Paʻauilo and Honomū Transfer Stations Closed Today, June 22, 2020
The Pa‘auilo Transfer Station is closed for most of today due to a shortage of
manpower. It is scheduled to reopen from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. today. Until then,
residents may go to the Honokaʻa Transfer Station.
The Honomū Transfer Station is closed today due to equipment issues. It is scheduled
to reopen on Thursday, June 25, 2020. Residents may go to the Pāpaʽikou Transfer
Station today, which has been opened due to the closure of the Honomū Transfer
Station.
