Considering Puna pays the same amount of taxes as the rest of the island and has the largest population , •
any district on the big island,
And we will never have county water/fire hydrants nor county sewer.
so maybe the county can help with flooding problems in Hawaiian acres/orchidland and ainaloa.at aroac17.

All potable water on this island should use solar power to pump the water out of the ground and possibly

County maintained fire department water tanks with stand pipes in Puna subdivisions as far away from county
fire hydrants as possible.
A(county app. With a structured format)for volunteer firefighters (county trained) and community watch (police
trained) or a selected few within those two groups that has extra training, that can be updated monthly.
the idea of being members of the community with more training scattered all over the island that can take
pictures and make observations with locations and numbers and spread one message island wide, better than
the general public.
