I object to the lack of opportunity to review the 170 page draft general plan, published today, prior to the ,.
Speak Out" scheduled for tomorrow in Waimea. Not sure what a speak out is, but if you have a duty to solicit
comments from the public, you MUST provide said public with a reasonable opportunity to review your draft.
Please postpone your public meetings to provide adequate notice.
