I have one comment:
Whenever a permit is submitted, the CDP planners should be allowed to take part to review subject applicafiori,
and make recommendation, in a letter for the public to review. Especially in the Special Management Area. Just
like the Police dept.,Fire dept, Public works, Water dept. etc.
