135)
Anything which limits and restricts the ability for owners to rent out the home they own is a limit on the owner-
to be able to afford the home (i.e.this WILL reduce affordability and reduce your tax revenues). So if yourh.
interest is the common home owner then no to minimal restrictions on the home owner should be placed.
I own a unit in Waikoloa Village.
