Message: Aloha, I have read the General Plan and I have to say that Waipi'o Valley and even the Kukuihaele community
already deal with so much tourist traffic that it would only do more harm than good if a scenic lookout were to be
created on the rim of the valley.That opens up so much more problems involving possible littering and even other
crimes that could be committed in that area and it will disrupt the natural resources that currently lie there. In my
opinion, it's best to leave the area alone and instead find ways to deter so much traffic. There have already been so
much issues with tourist and local traffic,this plan would only add fuel to the fire. Let's malama our'aina, not destroy it.
