Message: I don't support creating another lookout at Waipio Valley looking onto Hiilawe Falls, nor do I support opening
up Mud Lane at Waimea to allow public pass thru to Kukuihaele. I reside at the end of Mud Lane and there is already
unwanted foot and car traffic not to mention the dumping of tires, cars, animal guts, and other trash down our road.
We don't need anymore trash and traffic down Mud Lane. In addition to the potential environmental impacts on at the
Rim of the Valley. We bought property down here because of the seclusion. If we wanted more traffic we would have
bought property in town. Lastly when was the County going to notify the property owners all down Mud Lane. You guys
have our PO Boxes I'm sure and could have gotten world out. What is this more underhanded deals. If this project takes
place,you can guarantee we will be holding protests and protecting the rim of Waimea Valley from development and
desecration.
