To whom it may concern,
This missive is regarding General Plan 2040 Map concerning Mahukona.
As a long time Kohala Resident and frequent user of nearby Mahukona for swimming, I would like to voicerny
opposition to keeping Mahukona open to resort development. I=:;
The North Kohala Community Development Plan calls for purchase of four coastal properties, including4ilantY
between Mahukona and Kapa'a for public use with the 2%Open Space Fund. I am strongly in favor of keeping Kohala
Kohala.
This could assure our future generations can enjoy this area as the precious asset it is without the stain of resort
development.
TAKE RESORT DESIGNATION OFF THE GENERAL PLAN 2040 MAP for Mahukona.
