Subject: Please remove the resort designation language from Mahukona

Aloha,
I support removing language that allows the area around Mahukona to be uses as a resort or to have high density
housing. It is a cultural treasure and has been listed as a priority for purchase with County 2%funds for 12 years.The
NKCDP calls for its purchase. r;.r.
Please take this language off of the General Plan for 2040.
