called our office this morning to speak with and/or meet with the Mayor re:
1 . Mahukona — to be taken off the resort area list. (Planning)
2. Kapaa Park in Kohala — it's stinky & dirty. Hawai'i Johns has a contract to
clean it 2-3x a week, but have not been doing a good job. (P&R)
3. Kohala Intergenerational Center — behind Hisaoka Gym — has weeds in the
gutters and the windows are dirty. (P&R)
I'm copying P&R & Planning on this email to follow-up as you see fit. No reply to
is necessary and we did not schedule a phone call or meeting with Mayor Kim
on this as I mentioned to her that I would pass this information on to the respective
departments.
