When we worked for years on the CDP's (I worked :

Hamakua's, with Christian Kay), we were told that when - --
adopted,adopted, they would have the force of law, especially in --
regards to zoning .
Now we hear about possible changes. These must not
happen . We are not the passive people we were years ago
TMT, bottling plant, HU HONUA) . Everything you do will
be scrutinized, and taken to court if necessary.
Our CDPs were approved, and we want them to stay that
way.
