SUBJECT: Hawaii General Plan, TMK(3) 9-4-001:020 Changes
It has just come to my attention that previous requests to change the zoning of the gateway lots for Discovery
Habour are for some reason being ignored and new requests must be made. Therefore, as a homeowner in
Discovery Harbour I am requesting that the County Planning Department change the recommended land use
zoning from LDU to MDU (Medium Density Urban) in the Hawaii General Plan for the gateway lots that are
part of Discovery Harbour. These changes would be in the Hawaii General Plan,TMK(3) 9-4-001:020.
By changing the zoning to MDU, the development ofthese lots could proceed for the best economic interests of
the entire subdivision. All the owners within the subdivision will benefit from this change.
