Subject: Discovery Harbour zoning
re: Hawaii General Plan for TMK(3) 9-4-001:020.
Request change from LDU to MDU which the majority of the community supports. The LDU designation is contrary to
what the vast majority of Discovery Harbour residents hoped for. A very small minority of individuals stated at a CDP
meeting that most-of Discovery Harbour residents do not want development of this land and that it goes against our
CC&R's. They were working with one of the CDP representatives who,for some reason,didn't read or understand that
there is no interference with our CC&R's. The community is outraged that such a "sham" had changed the land use
designation and that the CDP along with a few individuals blindsided the whole community based on false information.
