Subject: Hawaii General Plan,TMK(3) 9-4-001:020 located in Discovery Harbour
Mr. Yee,
As co-owner of property(TMK within the Discovery Harbour subdivision, I wish to
express my recommendation that the County Planning Department change the recommended land use zoning of
the Discovery Harbour gateway lots (TMK(3) 9-4-001:020) from LDU to MDU in the Hawaii General
Plan. Having owned our lot since 2003, we have looked forward to development of commercial infrastructure
that would support renovation of our golf course. This zoning change would help settle the current litigation on
this issue, significantly improve livability of the subdivision, and attract other improvements which would
support our subdivision and the Kau District.
