My husband and I own eight lots in Discovery Harbor. We are in favor
of changing the land use zoning for TMK (3) 9-4-001 :020 from LDU to MDU (Medium
Density Urban) in the Hawaii General Plan. The change to MDU would allow for the
proposed high-end 40 room lodge and restaurant which would also support the renovation
of our golf course. We believe this will be an asset to our community in form of jobs,
renewed interest in the golf course and our property values.
