We would highly recommend changing the land use zoning from LDU to MDU in the Hawaii General Plan TMK(3)9-4-001:020
located in Discovery Harbour.
This change would allow more commercial opportunity in the Kau District. People would have more choices for dinning,shopping,
etc. This would also allow the creation of much needed jobs for local residents. There would be no negative effect on the agricultural
status of the area and a small commercial development would enhance the community. This change in zoning would be beneficial to
everyone in the area.
