Upgrade equipment on all buses, such as bicycle racks and technology for transit
mobile application, and expand maintenance facilities as needed to
accommodate upgraded and expanded fleet.

One additional comment:
We would also encourage the mention of expansion of the existing bikeshare systems in
Kona and Hilo to add another transportation option for transit riders.
