The sole subject of this Design Review Amendment request is approval of the as-built mural on the
trash enclosure in the parking lot of "The Brew" buildings on Pawai Place.
The existing buildings and related improvements are approved and built.
The landlord, Mattson Davis / Manini Holdings LLC, wishes to avoid graffiti - which inevitably would
otherwise end up on concrete block walls such as this, especially in the old industrial area.
We respectfully ask that you approve this design feature.
