Cisco Webex — How to Use the Call Me Function

Purpose
This document will show attendees how to have Cisco Webex Meeting call their phone to connect to a
meeting's audio.
1. From the invite, click "Join meeting."
2. Click the expansion icon next to "Use computer for audio" to display additional audio options.
3. Select "Call me" and enter the phone number at which you would like to receive the call.
a. When input is complete, click the check mark to submit the number.
4. Click "Join Meeting"
5. You will be prompted on the screen that the meeting is calling you.
6. When your phone rings, answer and hit "1," on your phone, to join the audio session.
