Aopruval of this Use Permit request is sub3ect to the following
conditions:
(1) Tne Petitioner, its assigns or Lucceesors, shall be
responsible Lor conpiyiDg with all stated conditions of
approvai.
(2) The sedical facility shall be used by a maximum of two
doctors and tLeir staK. The word "staff" shall not be
cctstrued to include other medical or dental doctors.
(3) The facility shall be in operation only from the hours of
8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Emergency or adpinistrative
activities way, however, he permitted provided that no
significant adverse impacts to the surrounding areas are
created.
(4) The 6evelopnent of Qe property shall comply with the
minimum setback ano maximum height requirements of the
