As per the information provided by Planning Department staff and consideration of
options for the best approach for proceeding with the above application,we are
requesting to withdraw the application,which would allow for a resubmittal of a revised
application without forfeiture of the filing fee.Intentions are to resubmit the application
which will include a revised plan,as well as a second application for the ongoing
operation of the gymnastics school located at the subject parcel.
I am requesting an extended period of time to allow for preparation and submittal of the
second application for the gymnastics school,as well as the revisions to the original
application for the operation of the go kart track.We are proposing to complete and
submit both applications by February 15,2012.
