Commission may go into executive session to seek advice from counsel re- garding questions and issues pertaining to the board's powers, duties, privi- leges, immunities, and liabilities. VII. ANNOUNCEMENTS 1. The next meeting is tentatively scheduled for August 10, 2020, time and place to be determined. 2. Set agenda for the August 10, 2020 meeting. VIII. ADJOURNMENT SUBMITTING TESTIMONY A person desiring to submit written testimony shall indicate his/her name; address; and whether the testimony is on his/her behalf or as a representative of an organization or individual.
