Based on the Mayor's Proclamation regarding COVID- 19, these meetings will be online until further notice. This is to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to maintain social dis- tancing. DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT: Property Manager Hamana Ventura will answer any questions from the commis- sioners regarding the items of financial matters and other concerns. V. CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT: Chair Warshauer to provide comments and/or information relating to matters of concern to the Commission. VI. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Commission to review and discuss the 2020 Suggestion Forms received. 2. Commission to review any site visit reports. 3. Commission to review petition format submittals. 4. Commission may go into executive session to seek advice from counsel re- garding questions and issues pertaining to the board's powers, duties, privi- leges, immunities, and liabilities. VII. ANNOUNCEMENTS 1. The next meeting is tentatively scheduled for August 10, 2020, time and place to be determined. 2. Set agenda for the August 10, 2020 meeting. VIII. ADJOURNMENT SUBMITTING TESTIMONY A person desiring to submit written testimony shall indicate his/her name; address; and whether the testimony is on his/her behalf or as a representative of an organization or individual. Those submitting written testimony by mail should provide eleven (11) copies for distribution. Public testimony submitted by mail, should be mailed to: Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Commission, 25 Aupuni St. Suite 1101, Hilo, Hawai'i 96720. Mailed testimony should be received no later than 5 days before the next scheduled meeting, allow for mailing and thorough Commission review. NOTICE TO LOBBYISTS If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawai'i County Clerk within five days of becoming a lobbyist. (Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawai'i County Code). A lobbyist means, "any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five hours in any month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials."
