Call to Order 2. Statements from the Public — In order to comply with the physical distancing requirements, public testimony will be allowed one person at a time. Limit of Persons Allowed in the Conference Room_ Based on the Mayor's CON/ID-19 Emergency Rule No. 9, the indoor meeting may be held with up to 50 people in the room provided that physical distancing and safe practices can be maintained_ The conference room will be set up to allow a number of people to safely distance from each other based on the limitations of the size of the room_ Only persons that are present for the particular item on the agenda will be allowed in the conference room_ Each person will be required to wear a facemask to enter into the conference room_ 3_ Announcements 4_ Request for Protection of Confidentiality of Documents by Tower Waiakea Apartments, LLC, for the tax appeals filed with the County of Hawaii for 2019 (Continue discussions from July 7 2020 appea/ hearing) 5_ Executive Session - With reference to agenda items listed, one or more executive meetings are anticipated_ In particular, the Board of Review anticipates it may consult with the Board's attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Board's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities_ Therefore, pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes ("HRS") Sections 92-5(a)(4), the agenda items listed may be considered in Executive Session_ August 1 1 , 2020 I RPT Board of Review Agenda Page 1 of 4 6. Adjournment Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, other reasonable modification, or language interpretation to access the meeting, please contact the Real Property Tax Division at 961-8764 as soon as possible, but no later than five (5) working days prior to meeting to arrange for accommodations. "Other reasonable modification" refers to communication methods or devices for people with disabilities who are mentally and/or physically challenged. BOARD PACKET. NOTICE TO LOBBYISTS If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawai'i County Clerk within five days of becoming a lobbyist (Article 15, Section 2-91.3(b), Hawai'i County Code). A lobbyist means "any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five hours in any month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials."
