Call to Order 2. Statements from the Public — In order to comply with the physical distancing requirements, public testimony will be allowed one person at a time. Limit of Persons Allowed in the Conference Room: Based on the Mayor's COVIN -19 Emergency Rule No, 1 O, the indoor meeting may be held with up to 20 people in the room to ensure physical distancing and safe practices can be maintained based on the limitations of the size of the room. Only persons that are present for the particular item on the agenda will be allowed in the conference room. Each person will be required to wear a facemask to enter into the conference room. 3. Executive Session - With reference to agenda items listed, one or more executive meetings are anticipated. In particular, the Board of Review anticipates it may consult with the Board's attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Board's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. Therefore, pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes ("HRS") Sections 92-5(a)(4), the agenda items listed may be considered in Executive Session. Adjournment Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service, other reasonable modification, or language interpretation to access the meeting, please contact the Real Property Tax Division at 961-8764 as soon as possible, but no later than five (5) working days prior to meeting to arrange for accommodations.
