The applicant, Tante Urban, Kalawa 40 L,LC, is requesting design review for tilt -
extension the elevator shaft to the third floor ofa proposed three-story 6 -unit
apartment building, with commercial space oil the ground floor. The elevator shaft,
with as pitched rool'above it, would extend the roof height to 34'-5", or 4'-5" above
the governing height of 30', to inect the height exemption allowed per Zoning Code
Section 25-4-22(a); not to exceed 10 feet above governing height for screening of
elevator machinery. The color scherne will rernain the sarne as previously approved
by the KVDC on May 19, 2016

requesting the fallowing: That a person desiring to submit Written testimony shall
indicate her/his name; address; and whether the testimony is on her/his behalfor as a
