CHAIR'S REPORT ON MATTERS OF INTEREST TO THE COMMISSION
(CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC)
EXECUTIVE SESSION
The commission will meet in executive session to discuss the hiring of a new Fire Chief,
work on the evaluation of the Fire Chief, and may consult with Corporation Counsel on
questions and issues pertaining to the commission's powers, duties, privileges,
immunities, and liabilities pursuant to HRS 92-5 (a) (2) and (4) and the Hawaii County
Charter Section 13-20 (b).
• UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Work on the selection of the new Fire Chief
• NEW BUSINESS: Work on the evaluation of Fire Chief Darren Rosario
(OPEN SESSION)
ANNOUNCEMENTS
The commission's next monthly meeting is scheduled for November 6, 2020, at 9:00 a.m.
in the Hawaii County Office of Aging Training Room, 1055 Kino`ole St., Hilo, Hawaii.
